Refund and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with product(s) that you have ordered or the product(s) was received damaged, we are pleased to offer a return and exchange policy*;

All items purchased are REFUNDABLE* and can be exchanged within 3 days of the original purchase date. 

Returns and Exchanges only valid if product was damaged upon the time received or a faulty product by default

Items can only be exchanged ONCE for item(s) of the same or greater value. Additional payment must be made for the difference.

Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in a good condition, complete with all tags and labels. Unboxing video required.

Delivery Note/Invoice is required to be presented at the time of exchange.

Defective items can be exchanged, subject to the other condition listed above and Justice Indonesia may conduct an investigation prior to the approval or decline of an exchange

Terms of returns and exchanges does not affect your rights if the product(s) is faulty or does not match the image / description.

Do Lela Inc. have a right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.
